Tine Dhollander is a Belgian artist whose work explores paradox, inversion, and shifting meaning. Her artistic practice investigates how familiar objects acquire new significance when their function or context is altered. Everyday materials, toys, or industrial elements are often combined into images that are at once recognizable and unsettling.

A recurring theme is the tension between humanization and dehumanization: objects are given human traits, while human vulnerability is sometimes reduced to an object or mechanism.
