An organisation in Hasselt that has been creating a place for its community for many years: the young-creative scene around its city. We provide makerspaces and development paths for creatives, enterprising minds or simply curious noses.
We strive to create a more inclusive and progressive environment, focusing on artistic discovery and actively contributing to its further development. We resolutely shun astute nightlife initiatives or other unorthodox ideas. Because innovation is in our DNA and for that you have come to the right place.
De Serre is a permanent resident of Bootstraat - a creative haven a stone's throw from Hasselt's city centre. Here we co-host with concert organisation AFF, and together we develop our own operation.
