Luc Theuwis studied architecture, interior architecture and economics. He was commercial board member at Gijbels nv - for facade renovations between 1980 and 1983. From 1984 until 1987 he was the national projectleader for Kunst in Huis. Since 1988, he is an independent promotor of arts, a curator and gallery holder, and has finished photography internships with (among others) Arnaut Claas, Lynn Cohen, Gilbert Fastenaekens, Martin Parr en Erwin Olaf.
