An underscoring as a symbolic 'bridge' between MuHKA, the museum, and the two film rooms a few hundred metres further. MuKHA_media is the result of the merger between MuHKA and the former Centre for Visual Culture and does not just stand for historical films, art house, theme programmes and film specials, but also for media art, visual culture and audiovisual innovation. The underscoring in the middle: with a daily programme MuKHA_media looks for cross-links between the past and future of film, between film and visual art, between art and society.
