The Centre for Usability Research (CUO) is a research department of the faculty of Social Sciences at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. The CUO pursues the design of user-friendly applications as well as the evaluation of applications on their user-friendliness. The user plays a central role within each phase of the development or evaluation process.
