Wouter De Raeve holds a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and a master's degree in fine arts from KASK. Within his practice, he has developed both critical and speculative reflection on the role of the creative actor (the architect, the artist, etc.) within the interplay of forces involved in spatial development processes. A specific methodology is developed for each project. For example, he recently developed the film project "WTC: A Love Story" in collaboration with Lietje Bauwens, which analyzes the relationship between the stakeholders involved in the redevelopment of the WTC towers and the Noordwijk district in Brussels. They are currently working on the sequel "WTC: A Never-Ending Love Story." Their collaboration is taking shape through the non-profit organization Fourthirty-One.
