Jozef Wouters is an autonomous artist in residence at Damaged Goods. He founded Decoratelier in 2016, together with his technical director Menno Vandevelde. Decoratelier is currently located in an old factory building at Manchesterstraat 17/19. It serves as the base from which Wouters initiates various projects and artistic collaborations, and as an accessible studio for artists from different disciplines.
