De Roma is a beautiful 1930’s cinema, which, after years of neglect, has been rebuilt into a real people’s theatre, where everybody can enjoy culture and entertainment for affordable prices. It has a rather folkloristic character, and offers a multitude of cultural activities and festive events, ranging from swing, jazz, world, over pop and cabaret, to classical, as well as film, theatre and dance performances, popular balls, debates and exhibitions.
