In the former Saint Elisabeth Beguinage in Ghent a renovated house, called Saint Bonaventura, has been turned into a meeting place for artists and art lovers, and aims to be an exhibition centre too. Following the rhythm of the seasons art historian, Christine Adam, shows artists’ works that appeal to her own personal vision on art. This vision is evidence of  simplicity as well as universality and monumental creation in all its pretty smallness. Moreover the purified figurative art, basic to balanced abstraction, is always very near.
