English:Amorroma duo (Q494936)

Amorroma Duo consists of Jowan Merckx (recorder/voice/French bagpipes) and Sarah L. Ridy (harp, arpa doppia). These two musicians bring a combination of Western-European traditional music, old music and French chansons. Amorroma Duo grew out of Amorroma (quintet) and they perform with the other musicians occasionally. The chansons are originally traditional French texts transformed to chansons and Jowan Merckx composes all the melodies.
